Idea Meetings by Acampora Travel DMC

Venice

Unique, evocative and romantic, floating on the Venetian lagoon, Venice is the most beautiful and captivating city. In Venice light and water combine to create a restless magic together with a good typical white wine and cheese with special marmalades...

The ethereal nature of this town has fascinated many people. One of the most enchanting cities on earth, the seemingly impossible urban layout is exactly what gives Venice its charm. It is the only great urban space in a European city where the sound is of human voices talking. It has been the scene of some of the city's most important religious and political activities as well as the centre of Venetian social life for almost a millennium.

Venice Mestre Rail Station: The first station that all Venice-bound trains enter is the Venice-Mestre Rail Station. This station does not bring you to Venice, but rather Mestre, mainland Venice.
Venice Santa Lucia Station: After crossing the bridge that spans the lagoon, the train next comes to the Santa Lucia Station of Venice.

By car

Venice can be reached by:  the A4 from Trieste and from Turin,
the A27 from Belluno,
the A13 from Bologna.

Passenger cruise ships normally dock in the area of San Basilio where the new cruise ship zone Venezia Terminal Passeggeri (VTP) is located. It is easily reached by sea and by land, as it is located at the turnoff of the Ponte della Libertà, the bridge that connects Venice with the mainland.
